WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Arrival & check-in
- We will send the code to your smartphone to open your suite before you arrive
- Your apartment will be ready for you from 4 PM
- Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6 PM
- If possible, your accommodation will be ready earlier after cleaning
- Check-out: Please check out by 10 AM at the latest
Occupancy & pets
We appreciate your understanding that pets are not allowed
Laundry service
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. We will change these items on request and subject to a surcharge
Short stays
- Minimum stay: 4 nights
- There is a surcharge of €150.00 per day and suite for stays of less than 4 nights
Payment & check-in
- deposit upon booking 40%
- Balance no later than 14 days before arrival
- Contactless check-in is possible – we will send you the details in advance
Cancellation policy
- Free of charge up to 60 days before arrival
- From 60 days before arrival: 40% of the invoice amount
- From 30 days before arrival: 70% of the invoice amount
- From 14 days before arrival: 100% of the invoice amount
- Processing fee: €50.00 per cancellation
Final cleaning
- Penthouse: €200.00
- Apartments (Ridge and Calmly): €120.00
